Performance at the Krishna Temple, Zurich on 07.Sep.2023 at 10:00 p.m.
We invite you to our Bharatanatyam performance “The Maharaja’s Poetry” as part of the annual Krishna Janmashtami festival at the Krishna Temple Zurich, from 10:00 p.m. In this Bharatanatyam recital, we present some classic pieces from Maharaja Swati Tirunal Rama Verma’s compositions in both the Hindustani and Carnatic styles of music. Smt. Uma Kumar and Smt. Dharitree Joshi will be providing the vocals and Lavan Rasiah will provide the violin accompaniment.
